When submitting an abstract you will need to:

Provide a title, author(s) and affiliation(s), email contact. An example template can be found here.

Provide a 300 word abstract to appear in the Conference Proceedings (maximum 2500 characters including spaces). This abstract can include one high quality graphic as long as all text and this image fit onto a standard A4 page with margins.

Indicate whether the proposal is for an oral presentation or a poster presentation (Including 3-minute poster summary).

The organisers reserve the right to assign your paper to a session (if it is appropriate for a developing theme) and/or re-assign it to another format (poster/oral).

Please note: If your abstract is accepted for presentation at the conference AT LEAST ONE named author on each paper must be registered for the conference by close of business on 26th June 2020 or the paper will be removed from the program.
